Principles of Soldering

The authors have expanded and revised 1993's Principles of Soldering and Brazing, now treating the two topics in separate volumes. This volume addresses the fundamental principles of soldering technology, rather than offering detailed recipes. Chapters discuss the metallurgy of solders, environmental factors, the role of materials in defining process constraints, and recent technological advances in soldering.
