Products Comaparison Manual for Trademark Users: 1998 Cumulative Supplement

A total of 15,000 comparisons are made among 5,000 products and services in this unique, quick-reference manual. Use it to determine whether a particular pair of products or services was held to be similar or dissimilar by a tribunal making the ultimate determination of a mark's validity. The new supplement will be current through 1996.

Citations are to cases in the complete U.S. Patents Quarterly, 1st Series and 2nd Series, and to unpublished decisions of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
