Beyond Trinity

In Beyond Trinity Bernard Cooke examines how little work has been undertaken in the past few centuries with respect to the tract on the Trinity; he also notes the various signals that indicate we are in early stages of a developing theology of Trinity. By showing how the theology of the Trinity advanced in the New Testament and patristic period Cooke displays the developmental nature of this theology in the very sources of Christianity. He also discusses some possible directions that a theology of Trinity may take.
