Self-Remembering

This Fourth Way teacher shows how to work with self-remembering, similar to Buddhist mindfulness and orthodox non-attachment, so that the student can become aware of him/herself and the environment simultaneously. This work was written so that Burton's students could have an accurate transmission of his teaching on the core idea of self-remembering.
