Reforming the US Corporate Tax

Making The Rules: Case Studies on US Trade Negotiations will not be released in August as previously announced. It will instead be a Spring 2006 release. The authors had an "epiphany" (their words, not mine) as they looked at the galleys. While the material in the book will not be changing, the presentation is being totally reworked, in what the authors believe will be a more usable work. I will have more news on this in the upcoming weeks. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but this was a very unusual circumstance and the authors were very insistent that the reworked product will be much better.
