Note to Adam

I could not improve upon these sentiments from Mr. Wolf. Please help us spread the word about suicide awareness, intervention and prevention. Please, if you know someone who is thinking of suicide, talk with them, seek help with them. If you know someone who has been affected by suicide, perhaps Adam's story will gently guide them from despair to hope, from grief to grace. Take the time to learn the warning signals. Every 15 minutes in the U.S someone dies by suicide. Over 36,000 Americans takes their own lives each year. The number is growing; let's reverse these statistics. Help us break the silence about suicide, and end the stigma associated with it; we must stop the bleeding, and mend some hearts.
