Narrative in the Feminine: Daphne Marlatt and Nicole Brossard

Knutson (English, U. Santie-Anne) examines the work of two Canadian feminist writers. She begins by exploring their contribution to international feminist theory. Then she presents a narralogical reading of Marlatt's at the levels of fabula, story, and text. Finally, she proposes a parallel reading of Brossard's novel and finds it modeled on the hologram.
