The Future of the Transatlantic Defense Community

A commission formed by the Center for Strategic and International Studies that was composed of European and American industrialists and former policy makers authored this report on the integration of European and American policy towards military industry. Both their recommendation papers and the analysis supporting the recommendations are included. Unsurprisingly they recommend more military spending, the promotion of cooperative arrangements on both sides of the Atlantic, and deregulation of industry.
