Current Competition Law

This volume is a collection of papers and speeches given at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law's competition law events-its annual conference on merger control in 2003, and the Trans-Atlantic Antitrust Dialogue in 2004. Areas covered include an in-depth analysis of such topical issues as cartels, pricing practices and mergers, and provide comparative perspectives from European and North American experts, as well as important statements of policy by competition officials.
