Healing the Heart

the doctor stated that if he were me, he wouldn't go anywhere that wasn't across the street from a good hospital because I could drop over at any moment. That was two years after having suffered a near fatal heart attack. So, where does one go from there? It's a long story but I now haven't taken any prescription meds or seen a medical doctor in twenty five and am in excellent health.
