Who is burning the quaint shops of Chesapeake Bay tourist village, St. Michaels, Maryland? Writer, Cedar Jace, moves to St. Michaels just as her friend's crab shack is burnt, the fourth in a series of Talbot Street arsons. When Cedar finds the Fire Chief's wife dead in an ice cream shop fire, her life is on the line.
