Hotshot - A Chilling Tale

'Hotshot - a chilling tale' is about a Polar Bear who has flown his helicopter from the North Pole down to the South to see the Penguins. He has taken his mate Fred Hedgehog with him and they have many adventures and scary times in all the snow and ice in the Antarctic. Meet Woolfie and his mangy pack who are always hungry, Melissa Mermaid who becomes the love of Hotshot's life, his great mate KP, the King Penguin and many more. Beautifully illustrated in full colour by Phillip Flockhart, the author is the actor Prentis Hancock, well-known for his many scfi appearances in Classic DOCTOR WHO Stories [BBC]; in the series SPACE:1999 as Mission Controller Paul Morrow [ITC]: as Arnold Meyer in CHOCKY'S CHILDREN and CHALLENGE for Thames TV and in their children's programme MARMALADE. Aimed at 5-8 yr olds and upwards there is a smile too for for weary Mums and Dads who may be reading it aloud to their little angels.
More recently Prentis has adapted Voltaire's CANDIDE as a one-man-show which he perfomed for four weeks at London's 'Greenwich Playhouse' to stunning reviews. .
