Em Gordon is a med school dropout with one leg made of flesh and another of wood. Working as an embalmer, she develops an unusual hobby: collecting body parts and storing them in glass jars in her basement.
She is married to Dr. Benson - a talented surgeon and an abasiophile - and they are expecting the birth of their first child.
