Shattered: The past is treacherous

A horribly mutilated body is washed up on a beach. A teenager is expected to pay a heavy price for breaking a few windows. When Kevin Kelly decides to find out why his son is being treated so harshly by the local police he has no idea of the sinister motives behind events that unfold as he faces the terrifying realization that someone wants to hurt his son.
