A Place Called Paradise

A young, upwardly mobile family are moving once again. Just "one more move" the husband promises but his wife and the kids know better. It's just one in a string of endless job promotions driven by his relentless ambition.
Shaken and road weary, the family decides to get off the interstate, get something to eat and rest a little while, to shake off a frightening experience, an incident that occurred earlier. They take the very next exit they see. This detour puts them on a two-lane county road that leads to the tiny township of Paradise. It must be a really small town. It is not on any road map.
Paradise proves to be quite a mystical place, in the sweetest sort of way. The entire family is delighted with their discoveries ... people, places, things. They find new meaning to their lives.
