This book contains twenty-one legends of the Finger Lakes Region, three each on seven topics: lake legends, evil legends, geographical legends, ethereal legends, native origin legends, destiny legends, and self-sacrfice legends. The book also includes seventy-six stories about the region, which contains 264 municipalities in fourteen counties spread over 9,000 square miles.
