This book provides thenty-one Native-American legends, three each on seven topics: lake legends, evil legends, native-origin legends, general legends, ethereal legends, destiny legends, and self-sacrifice legends. It also contains sixty stories from in and around the Finger Lakes Region, a region with 264 municipalities in fourteen counties spread over 6,125 square miles of land, and 2,875 square miles of lakes.
