Now more than ever, we understand the importance of establishing healthy eating habits at an early age. The Organ Wise Guys educates children to start eating fight so they will live a longer, healthier life. Cartoon characters represent each organ inside the body. Each "OrganWise Guy" character describes what the organ's function is, and what the organ requires to keep in tip-top shape. Four main habits are emphasized: low fat, high fiber eating, drinking plenty of water and engaging in regular exercise.
