Telling Tales

A group of modern walkers follow the medieval pilgrims' route from Canterbury to Rome. As they go, each tells a tale in the spirit of the Canterbury Tales. Their professions have medieval parallels and, like Chaucer's storytellers, they offer insights into the mores and attitudes of their day. A mixture of men and women, American and British, they tell modern stories of love, adventure, ambition, hypocrisy and revenge.
