In the year 2012, two childhood friends leave the small town of Tunis, Texas, for Los Angeles, with dreams of making it big in Hollywood. Raven Kensington is exquisitely-beautiful, with a trademark, Miss America smile. The African-American beauty is enormously-gifted, but knows that discrimination is still alive and well in Tinseltown.
