The Man Jacob: A cornerstone in God's great plan

God showed Jacob a dream which caused him to make a vow to give God 10% of all He would give him. Jacob never fulfilled that vow, but God remembered it and passed it on to the descendants of Jacob after He rescued them from slavery.
