Something Evil in the Darkness at Hopkins House

The Hopkins family left their lavish Manhattan mansion in 1898, when they decided to go west in order to seek greater fortunes. Then, they returned when their dreams were obliterated, along with the rest of San Francisco, in the 1906 earthquake. In a few years, the entire family was dead as a result of violent murders, but they did not rest quietly, because during the next 60 years there were many who encountered something evil in the darkness at Hopkins House.
