In 1973 Victor Garcia first set foot in Vietnam. After two years of fighting for his country he returned home, wounded by gunfire, and deathly ill from a high concentration of Dioxin in his blood-Agent Orange. Vic was greeted in Washington D.C. by vicious protesters who attacked and spat on him as he headed for the White House to receive his Medal of Honor. With no family, and nobody who cared, Victor soon found himself living in a cardboard box in the back streets of the nation's capital.
