Poetry is Mindfulness

Poetry is Mindfulness is the latest book from the author of The Going-Under of the Evening-Land and Lucid Waking. The book includes the essay called "Poetry is Mindfulness - The Essay." In this essay the author argues that although all poetry is mindful, the "mindfulness" poem as such is a particular type of poem in which mindfulness emerges as a unique characteristic.
