After 33 harrowing day, through life-threatening gales on Lake Erie, floods in the Erie Barge Canal, breath-taking NY harbor,a boat fire in NJ, nor'easter storms, running out of gas, they arrive safely in Charleston, SC. After a year at the university in SC, they cruise to a new life and jobs in Tampa,FL.
