This work was assembled by culling books, newspapers, magazines and pamphlets. Numerous people contributed interviews and called the author with anecdotes, pictures, and information. This is not a scholarly study full of citations and footnotes. It's meant to be a fun book - a whimsical scrapbook history with bits and pieces from the past.
