Love is a difficult proposition to negotiate under ideal circumstances. But when two people live at opposite ends of the Americas, and have different languages and cultures, does love have a chance?

Steven Short, a handsome and usually self-confident bachelor, travels to Las Leñas, Argentina with his buddies for a week of male bonding on the ski slopes. However, on his first evening there he encounters a beautiful Argentine named Carina Corto. Carina proves to be much more than an alluring Latina. Her sometimes passionate and sometimes indifferent behavior sends Steven reeling. Despite the challenges poses, Steven pursues what seems to be his perfect match through dazzling ski resorts in North and South America, and the exciting cities of Buenos Aires, Washington, DC, and Miami Beach.

This emotional roller coaster of a story explores what can happen when a man falls head-over-heels in love with a seemingly impossible woman in an exotic locale.
