Social revolutionaries must reject the failed leninist model as being unsuited to the social conditions existing in the industrialized nations. It is clear that our revolutionary methods and organizations must be broad-based, mass-supported, and based on the decentralized self-organization of the producers.

That is the essence of the Worker's Council.
