When Ryder receives a rose he is taken back to a time when Kansas City was held in terror by a sadistic serial killer know as the Kansas City Butcher, once again the same notes with the same child-like handwriting are appearing again, this time in the cozy Arkansas town of Eureka Springs. Only one problem: Ryder and Special Agent Isabelle Alexander caught and put the Kansas City Butcher away. Is this a copycat killer? Or is the butcher back?
