Construction Laborer Job Readiness Assessment

The Construction Laborer Job Readiness Assessment is a cognitive examination of the basic knowledge and skills required for an individual to work as a construction laborer or helper on any construction site. The assessment is designed to improve the process of recruiting, hiring, training and retaining quality low-skilled construction workers.

The assessment was created to help contractors comply with the employment and training requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Section 3 program.
