Orlando is jobless and broke,unable to let go of a painful loss.Short on job offers, he takes a job at the Lighthouse Inn, a recovery halfway house. There he accepts sobriety, realizes the healing power of helping others and rediscovers himself. Based on the talent of the residents at the Lighthouse, he organizes a basketball team: the Thunderbolts. Making peace with the past they embark on the road to redemption - and the realization of forgotten dreams.
