In the summer of 1942, Walker Young and his sister Annie are spending the summer at their grandfather's farm in Kamas Valley Utah. Toward the end of the summer, Walker spends a week at Scout Camp in the High Uintahs with his friends from Ogden. While sleeping out at Camp Steiner, a fierce storm sends Walker scurrying for shelter in a cave. When he meets the ghost of a famous Indian chief, the adventure begins! Charged with returning ancient gold artifacts, stolen by Spanish miners centuries ago, Walker must find the legendary Carre-Shinob, which holds the ancient treasures of Montezuma.
