The Eden Diet--A Condensed Version

This condensed version of the original Eden Diet book offers a brief, general overview of the Eden Diet Christian weight loss program. It is not intended to substitute for the full-length course material. The condensed version is for pastors who are considering starting Eden Diet workshops in their churches, and it is for busy clinicians (such as physicians, nurses, dietitians, personal trainers, etc.) who are considering recommending the program to their patients or clients. This booklet discusses the general philsophy of the Eden Diet program (eating smaller portions of "normal," non-diet food according to hunger and praying to beat temptation), and it includes chapter summaries, information about how to start workshops, and information about how to use the CDs and the workbook.
