STOLEN VOTES

A group of Washington DC insiders plan to steal the 1986 Senatorial Election using murder, kidnapping and technology. A Disgraced former Navy SEAL and his girlfriend Beth become possible victims when they witness the murder of a computer programmer friend. Dan, The Cat, Haggery must regain his warrior persona lost in Viet Nam to thwart several attempts to murder him. His girl friend is kidnapped and he must use two SEAL buddies to fight off a massive manhunt. On Election Day his computer expert battles the scheme until The Cat is warned to stop or they will kill Beth. The SEALs must assault a well-defended building to rescue her and stop the plot.
