Carol considers this work to be "gifts from God" that she just captures to share with others. Words can be powerful ~ put in to action they become LIFE CHANGING!

It all started in 2006 when doing a group with her patients and trying to get them to EMBRACE change rather than FEAR it! From the beginning - her patients have been the inspiration for most of the words.
