Chronicles of the King: The Coming of the Bear

An epic war poem written in first person stream-of-consciousness, this work explores the mind of King Arthur the night before a critical battle, as he brings his cavalry over a treacherous mountain pass, and through into dawn as he attacks an invading Saxon army many times his size. An exploration of the will to violence in the forging of identity.
