Too Many Emperors

This is the sequel to First Citizen Emperor. A historical novel set in the Roman Empire, Too Many Emperors describes the fall of Emperor Nero, the Year of the Four Emperors, and the rise of Vespasian to start a new dynasty. Characters include not just Emperors, but Senators, Praetorian Guards, Knights, and slaves, the full spectrum of Roman society dealing with the most turbulent times of the early Empire.
