Live Dogs Dead Lions

Casey Connor, a city fireman and recently returned Viet Nam Navy veteran, finds more than he bargained for on the moonlit Washington State beach when drug smugglers interrupt his rendezvous with a beautiful woman.

With the help of his friend, policeman Dennis Stone, they maneuver through a tangled web of drug dealers, murderers, and deceit. Realizing that his life is hanging in the balance, Connor faces a question. Is it better to to be a live dog or a dead lion?
