In this exciting sequel, Jason Hunter and his friends are abducted in broad daylight and whisked away to a secret meeting on a frozen planet. There, they learn the ancient talisman of Thoth has been found. It's in a part of the galaxy that is off-limits-and generally deadly- to humans, but the inhabitants have demanded that humans come and remove it. Oruq, the Thothian leader, is on his way to do exactly that. Once he possesses it, he will plunge the galaxy into war.
