In The Doghouse's Hot Water

If you're in the doghouse, you're in trouble, and if you're in hot water, you're in trouble as well, but if you're in the doghouse's hot water, well, you're really in trouble. That being true, it's hard to imagine that one of a park's endearing critters could find himself in such a situation, but in IN THE DOGHOUSE'S HOT WATER, that's the case. As for the trouble, it simply starts with a search for a solution to a small problem: Co, a young squirrel, is a sufferer of nightly nightmares. All remedies having failed, her grandfather, Thoorl, tries his hand at helping her by seeking a cure on his own terms. While he does, Witleast, a dimwitted bird, pals around with him for the adventure, helping and hurting the task throughout. In time, answers will be found and then lost and then found again before all is said and done.
