Life comes to a standstill for you. There seems to be no escape from your mental prison. Darkness surrounds you and there is no light on the outside.

You hope He will give you some answers to your questions. Instead, He gives you no answers. That only brings on more questions.
God hasn't forgotten you. Neither has He forsaken you. God uses these times of isolation for you to be alone with Him. God may not speak at all times, but He is there with you all the time.
