JT Davis is a young man whose life was changed dramatically by tragic events. Not only did the now-23-year-old lose both of his parents when he was a boy, but he suffered amnesia during the trauma — a condition that has suppressed memories that he will need to help him and his forgotten friends, Kali Logan and Michael Peterson, retrace their steps through The Mahogany Door into the fantasy Vryheid world of Bruinduer.
