Breakdown at Clear River

Cullen Brewer, starting quarterback and student body president at Clear River College in West Virginia, is looking forward to his senior year. A few days before classes begin, Cullen discovers that his final year at Clear River will be anything but ordinary when the dead body of teammate Dane Antonelli is found in one of the college’s dormitory stairwells.

Serena Johnson, a student newspaper reporter, senses that there is something unsettling about the death and cannot get answers from anyone. She asks Cullen for help in finding out the truth. While Cullen is initially reluctant, troubling discoveries about Dane’s death surface and convince him that Serena is on to something. Worse, it is difficult for Cullen and Serena to know whom to trust.

Serena and Cullen want the truth, and whether they are ready or not, the two are about to be pulled into a situation bigger and more dangerous than they ever expected.
