Siegfried Bachmeier their genius 'subject' won the Physics Prize at Heidelberg University for his doctoral dissertation on subatomic particles. Eberhardt is gone now, or is he?

Bachmeier's work has alarmed Guenther Reinhardt, an eminent Los Alamos physicist and Randolph Biggs, perhaps the world's preeminent expert on particle beam weaponry.
