Discipline doesn't necessarily come easy to parents, teachers or caregivers. It is something that we've been exposed to throughout our lives from our parents, teachers, grandparents and other individuals that have come and gone. We may have some ideas about how we want to do things when we are in a position of authority, but that doesn't necessarily mean that we'll have a clue about how to handle situations that arise. That's why I'm here.
