Mrs. McGillicuddy and Her Friend Mr. Rude includes colorful illustrations and an easy-to-read book for adults working with children. It provides a simplistic language for beginning dialogue with children about issues of privacy and setting parameters for self-protection. It is an excellent evaluation tool, as it allows for light discussion on a topic that is difficult to approach—CSA (childhood sexual abuse).
