Hejira

In times of tyranny and oppression, refugees would flee the persecution of their homeland, seeking asylum in other kingdoms with just rulers. Such a quest was called a hejira, and many such adventures became the stuff of legend.

In "Hejira" not all who are ill-treated are poor, not all who are thieves are black of heart, and a common need for freedom can make friends out of strangers. Journey with a small band of unlikely companions who escape their bonds and face many dangers as they seek a new life together.
