Heart of a Drummer is a real-life love story of one musician’s determination to be faithful to Rachel, the woman of his dreams. The book follows Andi for more than 12 years while he waits faithfully for the love of his life to resolve her marital issues and leave her abusive husband.

Through it all, Andi kept his love for Rachel a closely guarded secret. While he waited, Andi transformed his passion into songs. Eventually, his soulful lyrics inspired the first two albums by Roan Soul, Andi’s band with Robert Berry, produced in Campbell, California at SoundTek Studios.
