The San Francisco police think Allison Farley drowned during the Alcatraz Triathlon. Her boyfriend doesn't agree, and hires private eye Claire Turnbull to find out what happened. What he doesn't know is that Claire has a secret partner, the ghost of Old West lawman Wyatt Earp. They dig into a case that gets more tangled with every new clue.
