Nick Slade is once again up to his neck in danger when a mysterious foreign woman entangles him in an Anastasia Dating Scam.
Russian women hack into websites to post digitally enhanced nude pictures of themselves. They then lure American men into flirting with them online.
Once a man is hooked, the women promise wild sex in return for airfare to the United States.
But the instant they receive the money, the women change their names and go on the prowl for new victims.
During a raging blizzard, Nick encounters one of these Russian scammers stranded on the road outside of New York City.
Unaware of her background, he saves her from freezing to death.
The next morning, in return for his generosity, she steals Nick's car and goes on a murderous rampage in the Big Apple.
And the police suspect Nick is her collaborator.
Is she a female serial killer?
Or is there a method to her madness?
